Each and every piece of Thicket jewelry is carefully made by hand in Thicket's studio and production typically takes about a week before your order is ready to ship. You will receive tracking information as soon as your order is on its way.

If you choose the Expedited option during checkout production for your order will be completed within three business days and your order will ship via USPS Priority.

If you have a specific timeline feel free to reach out before placing your order! We can do our best to meet your goal in our production window but because we can't control the delivery timeline once the order is with USPS we can't guarantee a delivery date.

We'd be happy to! When you check out you'll see an Order Notes field - indicate that you'd like your pieces gift wrapped (and include a gift message too if you'd like)! We gift wrap using custom cream colored paper and beautiful cotton ribbon.

Thicket ships to the United States, Canada, Mexico and more than 100 other countries through the United States Postal Service and UPS.

We want you to love your Thicket jewelry! We offer returns and exchanges on pieces purchased directly from Thicket, in their original condition and original packing, within 30 days of purchase.

You can return your product for store credit, a different piece, or a refund to the original payment method.

Thicket offers free return shipping for store credit and exchanges, for refunds to the original payment method $10 will be deducted from the refund to cover the cost of the return shipping and restocking.

Please note we are unable to offer returns on custom work, special orders, and gift cards.
